This is the finest quality raw filtered, unpasteurized organic honey. This honey is made from nectar collected from wild trees and flowers in the Eastern Townships of Quebec.
Autumn Honey is harvested in September. The main nectar is from aster and goldenrod as well as many other diverse plant species. This honey has a warm robust flavour, with hints of vanilla and apricot. It's colour is dark amber.
